Two important notes:
- Elizabeth and I wrote five of the sections of the book. The rest of the book was written by John Arnold (also the editor), Marty Dickinson and Michael Becker.
- I wasn’t actually talking through a huge wad of cotton. I just have to say that. Not sure what the hell was going on with my phone or the sound or whatever.
