Why do we hate e-mail spam with such a passion?
I mean, I hate it far, far more than the reams of direct mail I receive. Yet e-mail spam is easier to get rid of, easier to spot before I open it, and doesn’t give me paper cuts.
So what’s the deal? Anyone? Bueller?…
