Limited by Budget

This is a status within AdWords which signifies that a campaign's daily budget is lower than the recommended budget amount; in other words, that your campaign is spending the budget before the end of the business day.


Limited by budget is a status AdWords will trigger to signify that your campaign's daily budget is running out before the end of a business day. This status is important to recognize because it will allow you make proper adjustments within the campaign, such as lowering CPC’s or increasing the daily budget for that campaign. The limited by budget status will also allow you reevaluate your account structure. If one keyword is spending 80% of your budget, you should give that keyword its own campaign, thus allowing other keywords to compete.
