Job Description:

We are looking to add an Account Manager to our growing Insurance vertical. This person manages the relationship with Clearlink’s Insurance clients and ensures that Clearlink meets their needs and expectations.


  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of internal teams, including Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance in order to meet account performance objectives and client expectations
  • Proactively lead a joint company strategic planning process that develops mutual sales and marketing performance objectives, financial targets, and crucial milestones
  • Assess, clarify, and validate the clients’ needs on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate and organize internal teams to develop solutions, uncover new opportunities, and grow existing client relationships
  • Meet assigned targets for profit and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • This role reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts


  • Proven ability to collaborate with department heads and executives on company-wide initiatives
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or similar role with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement a plus
  • Insurance industry experience a plus
  • Experience in outsourced telesales a plus
  • Direct response client background a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and develop relationships internally and with partners
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric driven environment
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage priorities
  • Innate sense of intellectual curiosity that drives you to be constantly learning
