What you will do:

  • Lead marketing campaigns and strategies, owning the funnel from impression through IVR to POS
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to efficiently execute day-to-day objectives in line with high-level business goals
  • Brand website owner and lead sponsor of creative efforts
  • Responsible for lead generation, volume, and cost per lead
  • Accountable for marketing spend and brand revenue
  • Report on marketing KPI’s and strategy to main stakeholders
  • Oversee new opportunities for generating leads
  • Create long-term brand strategy and initiatives
  • Proactively pursue new channels to lead brand growth
  • Provide visionary leadership to brand teams
  • Mentor teams, inspiring them to meet aggressive goals
  • Develop team members by providing one-on-one feedback, conducting training, and working together on projects
  • Cultivate potential and reward effort, ideation, performance, and success
  • Communicate brand vision and goals to account managers, SEO specialists, PPC specialists, copywriters, designers, brand managers, compliance specialists, and others

What we’re looking for:

  • Firm understanding of marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.
  • Firm understanding of lead gen and nurturing from marketing to sales
  • Solid understanding of the customer journey as it relates to business services
  • Passion for mentoring others
  • Action-oriented
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Superb presentation skills
  • Great collaborator and listener
  • Comfortable taking critical feedback
  • Good balance of confidence and humility
  • Creative problem-solver

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, or related field
  • 5 years minimum experience in marketing leadership position
  • Experience with online marketing and direct response advertising
  • Ability to take high-level ideas and turn them into action items
  • B2B experience preferred
