This highly visible role will support and execute demand generation programs across various digital channels. As our Marketing Automation | CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the growth of our organization by creating, optimizing and managing marketing automation workflows that attract new qualified leads from various sources connected to Clearlink.  As a data-driven individual, you should be able to combine process-oriented thinking and project management skills with creative ideation and strategy development.  You will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.  You will also conduct complex data analyses used to inform strategic decisions from across the company.    

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement complex demand generation campaigns within marketing automation software (Salesforce, Hubspot, others)
  • Oversee all aspects of Salesforce reporting, data entry, analysis, campaigns and data integrity
  • Understand and oversee the management and continual optimization of the Salesforce flow of leads through the lead lifecycle across the various funnel stages and operation 
  • Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Salesforce dataset, driving improvements and employing latest best practices and new features
  • Create efficient lead management processes between sales and marketing within Salesforce
  • Manage prospect and customer databases by creating and updating lists, segmenting and “cleansing” data
  • Manage aggressive lead generation project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, from scheduling to design, production and distribution
  • Leverage a documented content strategy, landing page optimization, automated workflows and sales and marketing alignment to execute account-based marketing campaigns
  • Drive inbound marketing strategies through execution of dynamic digital ad campaigns, manage ad budget and execution across various channels and track impact within Hubspot
  • Build strategic, targeted lists based on buyer personas and customer needs
  • Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within Hubspot, manage A|B tests and optimize campaigns to drive conversions
  • Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives including segmentation implementation and analysis, list management and lead processes in Hubspot.  
  • Define audience groups, align messaging and manage communication frequency and priority
  • Build and improve email marketing strategy, test plans and program development while creating new flows and nurturing campaigns for prospects and clients
  • Monitor and maintain quality data within databases
  • Regularly track and report on all key marketing KPIs and ROIs and analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for areas of optimization
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing automation experience as a power user/admin of marketing automation platform (particularly Salesforce and Hubspot)
  • Track record of success with Salesforce and Hubspot including marketing activities, lead database, reporting, creating lists, building landing pages, nurturing tracks and promoting events
  • Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns with expertise using Hubspot including database management, target list development, setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs and reporting on campaign analytics
  • Deep knowledge of integrating Hubspot with websites, list management and lead source tools
  • Salesforce and Hubspot certification preferable; other marketing tech tools are a plus
  • Strong project management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience creating flow charts, diagrams, and dynamic reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • BA/BS in marketing or related field
  • Basic graphic design and/or content writing experience a plus
