Job Description:

Clearlink is in the process of developing a hybrid field agent platform to complement its existing inside sales team for Medicare Insurance. We are looking to find a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to recruit, hire, train and manage our initial pilot group of 10 hybrid field agents in Texas. The agents will split time between interacting with consumers through Clearlink’s virtual work-from-home platform and meeting with consumers in-person in the field. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional departments and executives in Clearlink’s headquarters in Salt Lake City to develop processes related to the recruiting, training and managing of agents while also developing systems and processes related to selling Medicare Insurance products.


  • Develop and lead process to recruit, hire, train and manage hybrid field agents.
  • Collaborate with various leaders throughout the organization to develop new tactics and best practices for marketing and selling medicare related products.
  • Ensure that all agents are both highly-performing and highly-compliant while catering to the needs of prospective customers.
  • Manage to mutually agreed goals and sales targets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with carrier partners and personnel in a responsive and friendly manner.
  • Use creativity, ingenuity and persistence to maximize agent sales and performance.

Attributes & Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • License for Life & Health Insurance
  • 2+ years Medicare Insurance Sales experience required
  • Proven ability to collaborate with department heads and executives on company-wide initiatives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and develop relationships internally, with agents, and with carrier partners
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric driven environment
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage priorities
