OVERVIEW
As a Sales Manager, you are the first person to talk to our existing and future clients. Because of your built relationships with decision makers, new doors are opened. You are therefore on the forefront of our success.
Understanding the challenges in the online customer journey that companies share with us and making the connection to our capabilities is key to this job.
As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in continuing the development of our North American client base, mainly in the IoT and telecom space. To do this successfully a creative, open and tailored approach is required. The intrinsic drive and sincere interest in people and their challenges will put you ahead.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow our business in North-America by acquiring new logos, renewing contracts, up- and cross sales.
  • Create relationships that underline Qelp’s thought leadership in the online customer support
  • Maintain the highest level of customer success and satisfaction through responsive and proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Development, Content, Marketing & Sales) advocating on behalf of your customers to implement Qelp products and ensure quality deliveries.
  • Report to our Head of Sales. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years experience in an account management / sales management / consultative sales role with an online company. A SaaS company is preferred.
  • Highly motivated positive, proactive team-player with a desire to win.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, great sense of ownership; problem solver.
  • Bachelor, MBA or Masters degree.
  • Work together as a team to grow together with our customers.
  • Based in Seattle, able to travel when needed.
  • Experience in IoT and/or telecom is a plus.
