Job Description:

The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team at Clearlink is developing industry-leading methodologies that combine quantitative and qualitative data. Clearlink is committed to building and expanding a fast-paced, expert UX team in its pursuit of offering users world-class products, services, and experiences.

The UX Researcher’s responsibilities include conducting user testing and user research, as well as providing support and qualitative data for the A/B testing team. The specialist will also help plan testing roadmaps for website optimization company-wide, perform user research as needed, and present findings and trainings to relevant teams when necessary.


  • Pre-test heatmap analysis and user research to support A/B tests
  • Wireframing and iteration of new UI solutions
  • Hi-fi and lo-fi prototype development and testing
  • Performing user tests, both in real life and through provided software, to help guide design and functionality decisions
  • Perform user research as needed; report strategic and actionable recommendations to website teams
  • Post-test research and analysis for qualitative data supporting A/B tests and optimization updates
  • Know, teach, and implement UX best practices as embraced by Clearlink
  • Regularly research, test, and share new UX industry developments, philosophies, and other learnings
  • Curiosity about data-driven UX and a quantitative+qualitative approach to improving the customer experience

Technical Skills: 

  • Proven working experience analysing heatmaps, user testing, and user research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to build rapport with users and research subjects, and to communicate findings to internal teams clearly and effectively
  • Proven experience with prototyping, wireframing, and solution-based illustrations or design
  • Familiarity with ADA WCAG 2.0 and other accessibility documentation
  • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner


• Minimum of 2 years plus of experience in User Experience and User Interface design, testing, and research
