Erika is a Client Manager whose budding interest in the digital marketing space began when she was tasked with managing an e-commerce website and developing full digital marketing life cycle initiatives for a tea company, of all places. Erika credits her preoccupation with what makes a customer tick and click with her previous experience in sales and business development. When she’s not helping clients meet their business goals, you can find her writing plays she’s too shy to publish, playing volleyball poorly, or satisfying her eclectic taste in music and podcasts.
